Matcha pancakes

All-purpose flour

Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder

1 to 2 teaspoons

Sift the flour, baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder into a bowl. Put to one side.

Whisk together the eggs, vanilla sugar and honey. Gradually add some of the milk.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the bowl, stirring constantly.

Gradually add the remaining milk.

Taste the batter and if necessary add a little matcha powder, a little at a time.

Mix again.

Heat a non-stick frying pan with a little butter.

Cook 1 large spoonful of the batter for around 2 minutes on each side.

Enjoy warm, with a little maple syrup for even more deliciousness!
