Wash the mint leaves and place them in the juice extractor. Turn on the juicer and squeeze out the juice.

Pour the apple, 1/2 cucumber and 1/2 lemon into the juice extractor. Turn the juicer on again.

Recover the fresh juice. Add the organic Japanese matcha powder and stir.
