Sea-Green Mica Powder

• Perfect for creating eye shadow palettes in green and blue-green tones, for example by mixing it with Sericite or cosmetic Talc as a neutral base, and possibly with other coloured micas to create your own shades

• In eye makeup: particularly enhances brown, hazel, and black eyes. Looks especially stunning on dark and matte skin.

Ocean Green Mica can be used as is as a "quick" eyeshadow. This cosmetic mica can be used dispersed in a powder mixture or suspended in emulsions (including mascaras), gels (including eyeliners), glosses, balms, and sticks. It can be used in more fluid products (shower gels, oils) but will tend to settle at the bottom and will need to be shaken to achieve the glitter effect.

• Powder mixtures: incorporate the mica as is at the end of preparation. For compacted powders, it can be ground in a coffee grinder or mortar at the end of preparation for a short time so as not to break the mother-of-pearl.

• Solid oil-based mixtures (eyeliner pencils, balm eyeshadows): 

  Add the mica to the melted mixture at the end of preparation and mix well to disperse evenly.

• Emulsions (mascaras), gels (eyeliners): Add the mica as is at the end of preparation.

Method of production

Natural micas are obtained by extraction from raw minerals, purification, heat treatment, grinding, and then sieving.

• Keep out of reach of children. Do not swallow or inhale, and avoid direct contact of the powder with the eyes.
