Sericite is a natural silicate mineral from the mica family, similar to muscovite or sometimes paragonite. Its particles are naturally very fine, giving it a very soft feel that is particularly suited to cosmetics. The name "sericite" comes from the Latin "sericus," meaning silk, probably due to the shiny, satiny appearance of this rock.
Sericite has a silky feel, is very soft on the skin due to its lamellar structure, and is more hydrated than classic mica.
It spreads easily and evenly on the skin and is an great substitute for talc in makeup powders. It is the essential base ingredient for creating your mineral makeup.

Frequently Asked Questions
I took this powder to replace the "neutral" powder that was out of stock and I'm not disappointed. Very fine, very well tolerated by my sensitive and dehydrated skin.
I use this product as is as a loose powder after foundation. The result is smooth skin with fine lines blurred. The product doesn't accumulate in fine lines and lasts a long time. I use it with a large powder brush.
Perfect for making loose powders
Maybe a little cakey, but this is my first time trying blush.
