In a reed diffuser: Pour the scented composition into the vase and dip the stems into the liquid. Remove the stems and turn them over, then dip them back into the vase and leave to diffuse. Stir the stems and turn them over regularly to encourage diffusion.

Scots Pine essential oil
With its fresh scent of forest and pine sap, Scots pine essential oil is renowned for its powerful purifying effects and is traditionally used to clear the respiratory tract. Invigorating, purifying and tonic, this oil freshens the air.
Eucalyptus globulus essential oil
Fresh and purifying, Eucalyptus globulus essential oil is an absolute must for the respiratory system. It encourages lucidity and clarity in relationships and helps you bring projects to fruition. According to Hindu beliefs, it cleanses the thymus and vishuddhi (neck chakra).

Organic peppermint essential oil
Powerfully refreshing, peppermint essential oil revigorates body and mind. It is purifying, and makes the ambient air refreshing and revitalising. It is therefore perfect for keeping a cool head in cases of hyper-emotionality, irritability or anger.

Babies: Do not diffuse essential oils in your baby's room.
Opt for cold diffusion instead, using a mister or electric diffuser, and avoid using perfume burners. There is a risk that the heat will break down the essential oils.
Do not diffuse essential oils in a bedroom while you are sleeping. Diffuse essential oils in the bedroom no later than 30 minutes before bedtime.
Diffuse essential oils for no more than 20 minutes at a time if you are using an electric diffuser.
Always ensure that your rooms are well ventilated every day. Do not diffuse in confined, unventilated spaces.
Do not breathe in essential oils above the diffuser.
Avoid diffusing essential oils too close to varnished or painted surfaces, as they may damage them.
