Storage

Essential oils are sensitive to UV radiation and to the gradual evaporation of their volatile constituents. It is therefore essential to store your essential oils in a dark glass or aluminium bottle with a tightly fitting cap, at a temperature between 5°C and 40°C (41°F and 104°F).

Precautions

• Do not use on pregnant or breastfeeding women or children under 6 years of age.

• Not for internal use.

• Keep out of reach of children.

• Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes.

• Certain natural compounds contained in this essential oil may present a risk of allergy in some sensitive individuals when the essential oil is incorporated into a cosmetic composition.

• Avoid old or oxidized essential oils. Store away from light and air.

• As a general rule, always test your preparation on the inside of your elbow at least 48 hours before use.

Maximum dosage to be observed

Can be incorporated into your cosmetic preparations at a concentration of up to 0.4%.

Danger. Flammable liquid and vapor. Causes skin irritation. May cause skin allergy. Causes severe eye irritation. May be fatal if swallowed and enters airways. Very toxic to aquatic life with long-lasting effects. Keep out of reach of children. Wear protective gloves and eye protection.

IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water. If skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical advice/attention.

IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention.

IF SWALLOWED: Immediately call a POISON CONTROL CENTER or doctor. Do NOT induce vomiting. Dispose of contents/container at a waste collection center in accordance with local regulations.
