Storage

Essential oils are sensitive to UV radiation and to the gradual evaporation of their volatile constituents. It is therefore essential to store your essential oils in a dark glass or aluminium bottle with a tightly fitting cap, at a temperature between 5°C and 40°C (41°F and 104°F).

Precautions

• Do not use in pregnant or breastfeeding women, and in children under 6 years old.

• Not recommended in cases of stomach ulcers or gastritis.

• Consult a healthcare professional if you are on anticoagulant or oral antidiabetic treatments, or if you have blood coagulation disorders.

• Internal use should be limited to short treatments at limited doses. Avoid prolonged use without therapeutic advice.

• Dermocaustic essential oil.

• Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.

• Always use diluted.

• Keep out of reach of children.

• Atmospheric diffusion of pure Cinnamon essential oil is not recommended, as it is highly concentrated in cinnamaldehyde and may cause respiratory irritation. For diffusion, we recommend using it at a maximum of 5-10%, blended with gentler essential oils (Orange, Lemon, Grapefruit, etc.).

• Some natural compounds in this essential oil may cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals when incorporated into a cosmetic formulation.

• Avoid using old or oxidized essential oils. Store away from light and air.

• As a general rule, always perform a patch test by applying your preparation to the inside of your elbow at least 48 hours before use.
