This set of cotton wicks and metal holders allows you to create large-format scented candles, as well as massage candles and large moulded candles. The 100% natural and unwaxed cotton wick ensures you can make a natural candle!

Instructions for use

Prepare the wick:

• Soak your wick, which you have already cut to size, in a mixture of waxes and/or fatty substances for 2 minutes.

• Remove the cotton wick and place it on aluminum foil.

• Shape it with your fingers so that it adheres to the aluminum foil as well as possible, keeping it straight at all times.

• Allow your wick to cool in a straight position, then place the aluminum foil with the wick in the freezer.

• Remove the wick from the freezer after 10 minutes and peel it off the aluminum foil. It should be straight and rigid.

• When your wick is stiff and straight, place it in the hole in the metal base provided for this purpose, then pinch the base of the base with pliers or scissors to hold the wick in place.

Pour the candle:

• Pour your candle at around 50°C into your glass or candle mold.

• Once the mixture has been poured, immediately place the wick in the center, making sure that the base touches the bottom of the glass or mold.

• Leave the candle to harden at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
