Instant Calm Diffuser Blend

In a reed diffuser: Pour the scented composition into the vase and dip the stems into the liquid. Remove the stems and turn them over, then dip them back into the vase and leave to diffuse. Stir the stems and turn them over regularly to encourage diffusion.

On a diffuser pebble: Pour a few drops of the composition onto the pebble.
