For a dosage of 0.6%: add to the finished formula once cooled and mix well to homogenise. We recommend mixing for longer than with other preservatives to ensure that Naticide fully dissolves in the emulsion.
For a dosage above 0.6% (maximum 1%): it is recommended to dissolve 0.6% Naticide in the hot aqueous phase before emulsification (Naticide can withstand heating), then add the remaining Naticide (up to 0.4%) to the cooled, finished formula. This ensures optimal dissolution of Naticide in the preparation.

Challenge test carried out by our supplier
The manufacturer has validated the effectiveness of this preservative as a bactericide through a "challenge test."
Challenge test: exposing a cosmetic formula to bacterial attacks in order to test and validate the preservative system.
Formulas tested:
Oil-in-water emulsions with 0.5% Naticide and 1% Naticide
Shampoos with 0.5% and 1% Naticide
Microorganisms inoculated:
Gram +: Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 6538), Staphylococcus epidermidis (ATCC 12228)
Gram -: Escherichia coli (ATCC 8739), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (ATCC 9027), Pseudomonas putida (ATCC 49128), Enterobacter aerogenes (ATCC 13048), Proteus vulgaris (ATCC 13315), Serratia marcescens (ATCC 8100)
Yeasts: Candida albicans (ATCC 10231), Saccharomyces cerevisiae (ATCC 2366)
Molds: Aspergillus niger (ATCC 16404), Aspergillus flavus (ATCC 9643), Pennicillum notatum (ATCC 9178)
Results:
The reduction in bacterial load complies with the criteria of the European Pharmacopoeia (Ph. Eur. 3) in all cases. This clearly means that Aroma-Zone's Naticide effectively preserves (i.e., without microbial contamination) conventional emulsions and shampoos. Emulsions containing 1% of this extract and which are stable can be stored without microbial contamination for many months, even at room temperature. It is always best to store your preparations in a cool place away from light. Furthermore, if your emulsion is not stable (phase separation), it can no longer be stored.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not swallow or inhale, and avoid contact with the eyes.
Follow the recommended doses.
Always perform an allergy test on the inside of your arm (test the finished product or the preservative diluted to 1%), waiting at least 24 hours (ideally 48 hours) to observe any possible reaction.

Frequently Asked Questions
The product was yellow, whereas I believe it has always been transparent. However, I read on the sheet that this is normal, so it's fine, hoping it maintains its usual effectiveness.
Always spotless!
Very good product: preserves and delicately perfumes.
Perfect, one of the pochi is available in commerce with the characteristics of being liposoluble. Use only shampoo and oil-based products to avoid contamination when you come into contact with water.
