  • Use alum stone as a natural deodorant: run it under a trickle of water to moisten it or spray a hydrosol (sage, Witch Hazel, Peppermint…) under the armpits and apply the stone stick like a "classic" deodorant, possibly combined with 1 drop of essential oil (Palmarosa).

  • Rub Alum stone into damp skin to stop blood from small shaving cuts or to help heal acne pimples.
