Combinations

• Use alone to make candles very easily.

• Combined with butters, vegetable oils, stearic acid...for all types of candles, especially massage candles, or in balms.

• Blended with other waxes, especially yellow beeswax or mimosa wax, for a delicious scent.

For candle making

1. Melt the wax in a double boiler with the other ingredients in the oil phase. Heat the wax to between 65°C and 75°C. Do not overheat the wax (above 95°C).

2. Pour the mixture when it is between 65 and 75°C for best results. The candle glass or container should be at room temperature.

3. Allow the candle to cool at room temperature for at least 12 hours before use to ensure optimal wax crystallisation.

NB: Compared to our previous soy wax, this new wax takes a little longer to harden, but for optimal setting and good candle texture, it should not be cooled in the refrigerator or freezer. It should be left to cool for at least 12 hours at room temperature.

Composition

Hydrogenated soybean oil to give it a solid texture. Soy wax is not a "wax" in the strict sense of the word, as it does not contain any wax esters.

Presentation

A solid, white wax with a neutral odour, presented in pellets packaged in kraft doypack bags.

Storage

Store at room temperature away from moisture and light.

Precautions

• Keep out of reach of children, do not swallow, avoid contact with eyes.

• Be careful not to burn yourself when handling melted wax.
