These graduated pipettes are used for sampling and measuring small quantities of liquid or viscous materials, but also for transferring the quantities of materials needed for a cosmetic recipe.
Instructions for use
1. When using the pipette alone, without a transfer tube:
You can use the pipette on its own to collect liquids or creams from a wide neck container such as large bottles, jars or preparation equipment such as stainless steel bowls, weighing cups or graduated beakers.
Pull the pipette plunger to draw up the desired amount, referring to the graduations on the outer wall.
Transfer the material into a wide opening container by pressing the plunger to release the contents.
2. Using the pipette with a transfer tube
Insert the tip of the pipette into the transfer tube.
Place the tube attached to the pipette into the bottle containing the material to be collected, then pull the plunger to draw up the desired quantity, referring to the graduations on the outer wall.
Transfer the material into a container by pressing the plunger to release it.
To remove any excess material remaining in the flexible tube, detach the tube from the pipette tip, pull the plunger to draw air into the pipette, then reattach the transfer tube and press the plunger to expel the air and clear the material from the tube.
Note: wear gloves when handling the product.
