Heat the water until it is simmering but not boiling.
For one cup, we recommend steeping 1 to 2 teaspoons of organic herbal tea. Stir the tea before pouring.
Pour the hot water over the herbal mixture and let it steep for 7 to 13 minutes, depending on your taste.

Eucalyptus
Native to the Tasmania region of Australia, eucalyptus globulus, also known as blue gum, is a majestic tree that can grow to several dozen meters in height. Its leaves are the main ingredient in Eucalyptus Respire organic herbal tea. The leaves of Eucalyptus globulus are known to produce an essential oil rich in eucalyptol (1,8-cineole). Eucalyptus helps optimize the functioning of the respiratory system.
Peppermint
Known for its intense and invigorating freshness, its leaves give off a minty and slightly spicy aroma. It is one of the richest mints in natural menthol, whose properties have been widely studied, particularly for its benefits on the respiratory system.
Elderflower
Its delicate little flowers give off a sweet and mellow floral aroma. When infused, elderflower brings maximum sweetness to accompany cold days and winter discomforts.
Thyme
An iconic aroma of Provence herbs, thyme is traditionally used in infusions for its purifying and invigorating properties. Its characteristic aromatic taste adds character to the Eucalyptus Respire organic herbal tea.
Sage

We have designed and developed our herbal teas with the watchwords Quality, Effectiveness and Pleasure in mind. We have combined the knowledge of traditional herbal medicine with scientific literature to select our plants one by one based on their virtues. We then adjusted the percentage of each plant to obtain an original, aromatic, delicious and colourful herbal tea formula. We've opted for non-artificially flavoured blends, so you can discover the real taste of these plants!
Our herbal tea blends are original and elegant, yet made from simple ingredients: raw plants, simply dried at low temperatures and cut. Each plant has been rigorously selected according to several criteria: organic cultivation, origin, edible plant or part of plant, and characteristic organoleptic properties (taste, color, and smell).
Our plants are grown and harvested according to organic farming specifications. To guarantee microbiological quality, our herbal teas are debacterised using a plant-friendly thermal process. Potentially pathogenic microorganisms are destroyed using saturated dry steam, i.e., water in a completely gaseous state. Finally, we regularly analyse our batches according to a rigorous control plan to ensure that they comply with regulations on contaminants, pesticides, and other toxic alkaloids. Our herbal teas are safe food products that comply with current European regulations.
Our herbal teas are made in France, in an IFS-certified factory, which guarantees the quality, traceability, and safety of our herbal teas. The plants are blended using a plant-friendly agitation system. This means that the stirring blades mix the plants to produce a consistent herbal tea without damaging, tearing, or even reducing the leaves, flowers, or other parts of the plants to dust. This allows you to admire the pretty flower buds or petals that have found their way into our herbal tea bags.
Our packaging consists of kraft paper bags or metal tins, which are recyclable and have no outer packaging. Remember to dispose of them in the appropriate recycling bin. After enjoying your infusion, we recommend placing the infused plants in your compost. The metal box is refillable, so you can refill it with your favorite herbal tea or use it for something else entirely (pencil holder, cookie jar, etc.).
