Storage

Essential oils are sensitive to UV radiation and to the gradual evaporation of their volatile constituents. It is therefore essential to store your essential oils in a dark glass or aluminium bottle with a tightly fitting cap, at a temperature between 5°C and 40°C (41°F and 104°F).

Precautions

• Do not use when pregnant or breastfeeding.

• Keep out of reach of children.

• Avoid prolonged use without medical supervision. Internal use is uncommon and should only be done under the guidance of a healthcare professional.

• Some natural compounds in this essential oil may cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals when used in cosmetic products (as per the 7th Amendment of the European Cosmetics Directive (2003/15/EC)): limonene, and to a lesser extent, eugenol.

• As a precaution, always perform a patch test on the crook of your elbow at least 48 hours before using the product.
