Sugar Ester Emulsifier

Sugar ester can be used for emulsions at cold or low temperatures, so it is ideal for emulsions containing oils sensitive to oxidation, and hydrosols sensitive to heat. It is a gentle emulsifier with excellent softening effects on the skin. The emulsions obtained will have rather fluid, light texture, with a fresh and non-greasy feel.
