Cosmetic Heater

This cosmetic heating bowl can be used to melt and heat your solid cosmetic ingredients (wax, butter), liquid ingredients (oil, macerate), and even food ingredients (chocolate, butter) up to approximately 100°C.

Thanks to its practical features: container with handle and spout removable from the stand, no double boiler, two heating temperature settings, this equipment makes it easy to make your own homemade cosmetic products.

Material

ABS plastic base & steel container coated with food-grade varnish: ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) is a material that is resistant to impact and temperature variations (from -40°C to +80°C). It has good surface appearance qualities and is particularly used in the household appliance industry.

Instructions for use

• Place the device on a clean, dry, flat surface.

• Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet. 

• Depending on the type of ingredient to be melted, choose the appropriate heating temperature setting:

  • To melt butter, select setting I. There is no need to preheat the appliance.

  • To melt waxes or heat an oily or aqueous phase of an emulsion, select position II. For optimal efficiency, allow the appliance to preheat for 10 minutes, then stir while the wax melts.

• Place the ingredients in the container and wait until they are completely melted or heated to the desired temperature.

• We recommend using our flexible "Maryse" spatulas to stir the ingredients inside the container. Metal objects can damage the protective food-grade coating.

Cleaning

• Remove the container from the appliance and wipe off any excess melted material from the inside walls with paper towels while the bowl is still hot. Be careful not to burn yourself, wear protective gloves.

• Once the equipment has cooled completely, the container can be cleaned with

  hot soapy water by scrubbing with a sponge and then rinsing with clean water. It is not recommended to put it in the dishwasher.

• Clean the device with a soft cloth. Be careful not to immerse the cosmetic heating bowl completely in water, as this will damage the electrical circuit.

Disinfection

• Rinse the container with alcohol.

• Dry in the open air.
