Add 0.2 to 0.5% natural flavouring to your preparation, or 2 to 5 ml (about ½ to 1 teaspoon) per 1 L of preparation.

The flavouring should be added cold or at a low temperature at the end of the preparation process, but it can also be heated if necessary, so it can be incorporated into cake batters, muffins, etc., before baking. The flavouring can be added to the milk before fermentation when making yoghurt.
