Add it to a neutral Aroma-Zone base
Allantoin can be added to a ready-made Aroma-Zone neutral base to make:
An emulsion: with Organic Neutral Vegetable Milk, Organic Neutral Youth Cream and Organic Neutral Hydrating Cream, Organic Neutral Hair Mask Base,
An aqueous gel: with Organic Aloe Vera Gel,
A foaming product: with Organic Neutral Cleansing Base, Organic Neutral Cleansing Cream, and Organic Neutral Shampoo Base.
A mask: with the Peel-off Mask.
Add Allantoin to one of the Aroma-Zone neutral bases listed above to make an emulsion, an aqueous gel, or a foaming product.
Step 1
Pour your product into a cosmetic preparation bowl or other suitable container.
Step 2
Add the desired amount of Allantoin (see equivalence table above and within the maximum percentage limit of 1% that can be incorporated into the AZ Neutral Base).
Step 3
Shake well to mix well.
Step 4
Pour the product into its container, using a pipette if necessary.

Allantoin can be incorporated as an active ingredient in your cosmetic preparations: creams, milks, balms, gels, lotions, shower gels, etc.
Incorporate Allantoin into a peel-off mask with marine alginates to create a mask.
Step 1
Add Allantoin at the end of the formulation process.
Step 2
Shake well to mix well.
The Aroma-Zone Tip
Allantoin is soluble in water at a concentration of approximately 0.5%. For higher concentrations and in oily formulas (balms, butters), it will be dispersed in the product. If necessary, allantoin can be safely heated to 50-70°C. It can therefore be dispersed in a product while hot (when preparing a balm, for example).
For good solubilization in an emulsion or gel, allantoin can be incorporated into the aqueous phase at the beginning of the formulation and solubilized while hot. Then use the aqueous phase to form your emulsion or gel.
This method is preferable for gels, where it is difficult to disperse allantoin properly when cold once the gel has formed.
