Booking via: Aroma-Zone UK Events - 1 Upcoming Activities and Tickets | Eventbrite. A valid ticket is required for entry. Please present your Eventbrite ticket on arrival. Guests are kindly asked to arrive before the scheduled start time. Late entry may not be permitted once the session has begun in order to minimise disruption to the event. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis for among ticket holders. A ticket does not guarantee entry once the venue has reached its safe operating capacity. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. The organiser AZ reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, or content if necessary. The views, opinions or advices expressed by guest speakers are their own and do not necessarily reflect those of AZ. Any information shared during the event is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional, career, financial or medical advice.
Photography and/or video recording may take place during the event. By attending, guests acknowledge that they may appear in photographs or recordings and consent to the possible use of images or footage for marketing and promotional purposes, in accordance with the AZ’s Privacy Policy. Guests who can no longer attend are kindly asked to cancel their ticket via Eventbrite so that the place can be offered to another attendee. The organiser AZ reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests whose behaviour may disrupt the event, pose a safety risk, or otherwise breach these Terms and Conditions, without liability. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits AZ's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under UK law. Subject to the above, AZ shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the event except where caused by AZ's negligence.
