  • A highly bioavailable and easily absorbed form of zinc.

  • Optimal dosage: one tablet provides 100% of the recommended daily intake.

  • An uncompromising formula: contains only natural excipients necessary for tableting.

  • Made in France, Vegan.

Who is it for?

For people with insufficient dietary zinc intake, for oily or acne-prone skin, for hair vitality, and to support immunity and fertility.

How to use it?

Take one tablet per day with a glass of water.

Properties

Well-being

Product benefits

Zinc is a trace element essential for the proper functioning of the body. It is involved in many biological functions and is considered a versatile trace element due to its ability to bind to more than 300 enzymes and more than 2,000 transcription factors.

Why take a zinc supplement?

  • For immunity: Zinc contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.

  • For skin, hair, and nails: Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, hair, and nails.

  • For its antioxidant effects: Zinc helps protect cells against oxidative stress.

  • For fertility in both men and women: zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction. Zinc helps maintain normal testosterone levels in the blood.

  • To support all tissues: Zinc contributes to normal protein and DNA synthesis, while helping to maintain normal bones and vision.

  • For metabolism: Zinc contributes to normal carbohydrate metabolism, participates in the normal metabolism of macronutrients, fatty acids, and vitamin A, and contributes to normal acid-base metabolism.

  • For cognitive function: zinc contributes to normal cognitive function.

Who is it for?

  • For people with insufficient zinc intake in their diet, particularly vegetarians and vegans, as zinc from plant sources is less easily absorbed than zinc from animal sources. Eating whole grains, legumes, and nuts can reduce zinc absorption due to the high phytate content of these foods.

  • For beautiful skin, nails, and hair, especially for people with problem skin, oily skin, oily hair, or hair loss.

  • For people who want to optimize their immune system function, or as a treatment as winter approaches.

  • For people who want to support their fertility.

  • For athletes, by supporting antioxidant mechanisms and tissue synthesis.

Aroma-Zone food supplements: Quality, Efficacy, Safety

Why choose Aroma-Zone food supplements?

To respond to our customers' demand for natural, effective and safe food supplements, we are proud to present our food supplements after many months of work. To meet your expectations, we developed our food supplements with 3 keywords in mind: Quality, Safety and Efficacy, while ensuring they are affordable for as many people as possible. Find out more about our commitments regarding dietary supplements below:

Clean label policy and composition transparency

No additives, no magnesium stearate, no titanium dioxide, no nanoparticles. We avoid unnecessary ingredients in our formulas, including fillers, carriers, dyes, preservatives, coating agents and mould release agents. There are no unnecessary additives, our ingredient lists are comprehensive and transparent.

Prioritising effectiveness

The ingredients used in our food supplements have been selected for their recognisable properties and concentration of active ingredients. We use optimum doses for safe and effective use. We favour active ingredients with high bioavailability (which indicates the proportion of active compounds available to produce noticeable reactions) for an effective dose. We also choose natural and certified organic ingredients as much as possible.

Controlled sourcing and traceability

All our superfoods and their suppliers are rigorously selected for their quality and the traceability of their products, respecting the active plant ingredients. These products are controlled according to strict specifications to ensure their microbiological purity and the absence of contaminants (e.g. heavy metals, pesticides).

Manufactured in a specialised ISO 22000-certified laboratory

Our food supplements are manufactured in an expert laboratory with ISO 22000 certification, the highest quality system certification for food supplements. Each batch is checked against strict specifications and receives microbiological analyses before release.

Capsules of plant origin

The capsules are made out of 100% HPMC, which does not contain colouring agents or gelatine. Derived from plant cellulose, HPMC (hypromellose or hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), this allows our dietary supplement capsules to be certified organic. This type of capsule protects the active ingredients from air and humidity exposure, guaranteeing the long-term stability of our dietary supplements. Pure and free from controversial additives, these capsules have been used for a long time and are proven to be safe.

Packaged in glass jars with metal lids

We use the minimum packaging required, and all of it is recyclable. Dispose of in the appropriate recycling sorting bins.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between zinc bisglycinate and other forms of zinc?

Bisglycinate is a chelated form of zinc: each zinc atom is bound to two molecules of glycine, an amino acid naturally present in food. This form is highly bioavailable and better tolerated by the body, meaning it is more easily absorbed and less likely to cause digestive problems.

Is this supplement suitable for vegetarians?

Yes, this product is 100% vegetarian and contains no ingredients of animal origin.

Can this product be combined with other dietary supplements?

Yes, zinc can be combined with supplements such as vitamin C and vitamin D3 to boost immunity, brewer's yeast enriched with B vitamins and selenium for hair vitality, or Balance & Skin Beauty probiotics to maintain clear skin.

As this dietary supplement provides 100% of the nutritional reference values, we recommend not combining it with other dietary supplements that also contain zinc (Clear Skin Complex, Hair Complex, Electrolytes) to avoid any risk of overdose.

It is also not recommended to take it at the same time as dietary supplements containing iron or copper for optimal absorption.

If in doubt, seek advice from a healthcare professional.

What is zinc used for?

Zinc (Zn) is one of the most important essential nutrients for health. It is involved in many biological functions and is considered a versatile trace element due to its ability to bind to more than 300 enzymes and more than 2,000 transcription factors. It plays a significant role in biochemical pathways and cellular functions, such as the response to oxidative stress, homeostasis, immune responses, DNA replication, DNA damage repair, cell cycle progression, apoptosis, and aging (3).

Which foods are rich in zinc?

Zinc cannot be produced by our bodies and is not stored there long-term, so it must be obtained regularly through diet to avoid zinc deficiency. The richest dietary sources of zinc are oysters, seafood and shellfish, red meat, liver, and egg yolks, but there are also many plant sources: whole grains, soybeans, legumes, and oilseeds (sesame seeds, walnuts, cashews). However, as these plant-based foods are also rich in phytates, which inhibit zinc absorption, the body often has difficulty assimilating zinc from plant sources.

What is zinc bisglycinate?

It is a zinc salt in which each Zn2+ ion is associated with two molecules of glycine (or more precisely, the anionic form "glycinate" of the amino acid glycine). It is said to be "chelated" (bound) to glycine. This organic structure significantly improves its bioavailability, i.e. its ability to be absorbed and used effectively by the body.
