Product benefits

Why take creatine?

  • Creatine is an amino acid derivative that occurs naturally in our bodies, mainly in our muscles, but also in our brains.

  • In the body, creatine is involved in the synthesis of ATP, the cellular energy molecule, via the phosphocreatine system. Creatine helps to increase phosphocreatine reserves, which enables rapid ATP resynthesis, and therefore plays a key role in cellular energy production, particularly in the muscles (1).

  • Creatine is therefore your ideal ally for intense, fast, and repeated exercises such as sprints or weight training to help you quickly achieve your performance goals ( 2)(3).

  • Creatine promotes faster recovery by reducing muscle damage after exercise (4)(5).

  • Creatine is one of the most widely studied dietary supplements in the world for its benefits and effectiveness, and its safety at recommended doses has been validated.

  • Creatine can be synthesized by our bodies, but it is also provided by our diet in animal products. Vegetarians, and particularly vegans, do not find it in their diet. The Creatine dietary supplement is therefore ideal for vegans and vegetarians to help maintain their natural creatine levels in the body.

  • By helping you improve your results during your training sessions with Creatine, your motivation and potential will only be enhanced!

Who is it for?

  • For athletes who practice strength and power sports such as weight training or CrossFit

  • For endurance athletes (runners, cyclists, or swimmers) to support intense and repeated efforts

  • For physically active people experiencing fatigue

  • For vegetarians and vegans whose diets are naturally lower in creatine

To respond to our customers' demand for natural, effective and safe dietary supplements, we are proud to present our dietary supplements. To meet your expectations, we developed our supplements with three keywords in mind: Quality, Safety and Efficacy. All while ensuring they are affordable. Find out more about our commitments regarding these dietary supplements below:

Clean label approach and transparency of composition

No unnecessary additives, no magnesium stearate, no titanium dioxide, no nanoparticles: we have chosen to avoid unnecessary ingredients in our formulas, such as fillers, excipients, colourants, preservatives, coating or release agents, etc. There are no hidden additives; our compositions transparently list all ingredients.

Priority given to effectiveness

The ingredients used in our dietary supplements have been selected for their recognised properties and their concentration of active ingredients. We use optimum doses for safe and effective use. We use active ingredients with high bioavailability (bioavailability indicates the proportion of active compound available to produce effects in the body), which means your body can absorb and use them effectively.

Controlled sourcing and traceability

All the raw materials used in our food supplements are rigorously selected for their quality, concentration of active ingredients, microbiological purity and absence of contaminants. Each batch is checked on receipt against strict specifications.

Capsules of plant origin

The capsules are made out of 100% HPMC, which does not contain colouring agents or gelatine. Derived from plant cellulose, HPMC (hypromellose or hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), this allows our dietary supplement capsules to be certified organic. This type of capsule protects the active ingredients from air and humidity exposure, guaranteeing the long-term stability of our dietary supplements. Pure and free from controversial additives, these capsules have been used for a long time and are proven to be safe.

Packaged in glass jars with metal lids

We use the minimum packaging required, and all of it is recyclable. Dispose of in the appropriate recycling sorting bins.

Frequently asked questions

When is the best time of day to take the Creatine dietary supplement?

We recommend taking it close to your workout (either before or after). tudies agree that the most important factor in supplementation is daily consistency, but there is not enough strong evidence to determine whether it is more effective before or after exercise (6). On rest days, take creatine with a meal containing carbohydrates or protein to support its absorption.

How long should a creatine treatment last?

It is generally recommended to take creatine supplements for at least 2 to 3 months, for example during periods of intense training or competition, and then possibly take a break. However, creatine can also be taken daily over the long term, following the recommended doses. Do not use for prolonged periods if you have kidney problems. If in doubt, ask your doctor for advice.

Can the Creatine dietary supplement be combined with other dietary supplements?

Creatine can be combined with other dietary supplements in our range, such as BCAAs, taurine, electrolytes, or omega-3s, for athletic goals, for example.

It can also be safely combined with supplements targeting beauty or well-being goals, such as marine collagen, hyaluronic acid, vitamin D3, triple magnesium, astaxanthin, saffron & rhodiola, and more.

Since it does not contain vitamins or minerals, there is no risk of nutrient overdose when taken alongside other dietary supplements. However, it should not be combined with other supplements containing creatine.

Can pregnant women take the Creatine dietary supplement?

No, this dietary supplement should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding. In general, pregnant or breastfeeding women are advised to seek the advice of a healthcare professional before taking any dietary supplements.
