Everyone should have the opportunity to meet their needs naturally by creating their own beauty, health and well-being solutions using high-quality ingredients, in complete safety and at the best price.
20 years later, Aroma-Zone has established itself as a family-run French SME with 200 employees, all of whom are driven by the values of sharing and by the desire to offer quality products at reasonable and sensible prices, so that essential oils, carrier oils, plant powders and natural and organic cosmetic ingredients are accessible to everyone .
When you discover Aroma-Zone for the first time, many of you legitimately ask yourself the following questions: how does Aroma-Zone manage to be so inexpensive? At such low prices, are the essential oils and other ingredients on offer really of high quality? Aren't these low prices at the expense of the producers?

Reason 1: Aroma-Zone buys its products directly from producers
Since our creation in 2000, our teams have been sourcing, selecting and buying the finest quality plant extracts directly from the producers we work with around the world. Thanks to this sourcing work, we've managed to build trusting relationships with over 400 producers in nearly 120 different countries.

This direct sourcing method also allows us to :
guarantee total traceability of our essential oils and plant extracts. We know exactly where our plants come from, how they were grown and harvested, and how and when they are harvested and extracted.
to buy our natural products ethically and sustainably, leaving all their value to the producers (they are the ones who process their plants) and paying them a fair and equitable price. We also support their investments (help with financing plantations, equipment,…). We support them in their local initiatives (repairing roads, creating networks to supply villages, modernising schools, etc.) and stand by their side in times of need. This also enables us to ensure that the working conditions and respect for the environment meet our ethical standards.

Aroma-Zone has chosen not to place any intermediaries between itself and its customers, selling its products directly to them via its website or its shops. This short circuit avoids the often substantial margins of distributors (organic shops, pharmacies, online sales sites, etc.), which can double the selling price of a product!
Reason 3: Aroma-Zone reduces margins, unnecessary costs and waste

From the outset, Aroma-Zone has been run as leanly as possible. Unnecessary costs, superfluous items and waste are avoided thanks to special attention, generating cost savings that have a direct impact on our selling prices. What's more, right from the start of Aroma-Zone, we chose to base our selling prices directly on the cost price of our products, whatever the type of product.
