BASIL :

HYSSOP
Properties : Therapeutically,
Hyssop has several applications, but it has also a certain amount of
toxicity, so it should be used with care.
Hyssop oil is sedative in effect and can be used to treat anxiety,
nervous tension and stress.
Hyssop is particularly beneficial in the treatment of respiratory
ailments.
It is antiseptic, antiviral and bactericidal, and will help combat
colds, influenza, bronchitis, asthma and sore throats.
Expectorant, it is used to liquefy mucous and clear the lungs and
bronchial tubes.
It is also used to regulate high or low pressure.
Warning : Not used during pregnancy. Use in strict moderation. Not
to be used by epileptics.
