Aromatherapy

liquid life force inside plants, trees, shrubs, flowers, roots, and
leaves : essential oils contains a number of complex biochemicals
including vitamins, antibiotics and antiseptics in their natural state.
Aromatherapy is one of the oldest healing arts, rooted in the ancient
civilizations of the Middle East of India.
More
and more people are open to new and alternative ways to soothe the mind,
body and spirit. Aromatherapy's healing potential stems from its ability
to promote relaxation on the systems and to engender a sense of joy and
well-being in the recipient. In so doing, it creates favorable
conditions within body, mind, spirit and emotions for healing to take
place at a natural level.
The
following table is a quick guide to the common uses of essential oils.
Please observe the warnings before having a go on yourself or another
person. To see if your skin is sensitive to a particular oil, smear a
drop on the back of your hand and leave it 24 hours. There should be no
